AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) Could be used to predict a women’s biological age earlier than Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Antral Follicle Count (AFC). Therefore, AMH can to predict the chance of patients achieve a pregnancy from assisted reproductive technology (ART)
“Indonesian Kalkulator of Oocytes” (IKO) was built based on the result of research on the Development of Anti-Mullerian Hormon (AMH) as a Biomaker Biological Age Women who become FKUI Best Scientific Paper in 2011. This application can be used as reference guide for the physician when consulting with patients with infertility disorders.
This research was conducted by Dr. dr. Budi Wiweko, SpOG (K) as a pricipal investigator who is usually also know as IKO.

Anti Mullerian Hormone dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah cadangan ovarium dan memprediksi usia biologis lebih awal dibandingkan FSH/AFC, sehingga dapat memprediksi kesempatan pasien mendapatkan kehamilan dari teknologi reproduksi berbantu (TRB).
Hasil normogram pada studi ini dapat dijadikan pedoman referensi bagi dokter ketika melakukan konsultasi dengan pasien gangguan infertilitas.
"Indonesian Kalkulator of Oocytes" (IKO) dibangun berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Pengembangan Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) sebagai Biomarker Umur Biologis Perempuan yang menjadi Best Scientific Paper in FKUI 2011.
Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Dr. dr. Budi Wiweko, SpOG (K) sebagai peneliti utama yang biasa disapa dengan nama IKO
